I'm a horrible blogger. I haven't written in 8 days and now there is just too much to tell. And I have to leave for practice in 20 minutes so I am going to have to give a brief overview.
Sunday - aw Sunday - I forgot about that. We had an AMAZING training day. My coach was not at practice because he was in Japan for the weekend, so me, S and K swam and ran by ourselves. We were going to do a similar workout to what we normally do, but after swimming for 10 minutes in the ocean, S suggested that we swim for 10 minutes, and then get out of the water and do a beach run back to the bikes/bags (it was about a 500m swim/run). We decided to do circuits of that, so we did 5 x (500m ocean swim, 500m beach run). Yea...it was AWESOME. I was definitely sore after the last circuit!
Monday - Korean lessons - always really fun. I was really tired that day and wasn't sure if I should stay home and sleep - but once I got there I was so happy that I did go. I learned so much! And I made them give me homework - Gil told me to write 50 sentences in Korean...!! :) :) I was soo excited! Also I have to memorize verbs and the dictionary form, present, past, and future forms. I still have a lot of work until finishing that assignment because I have been so busy this week, so I guess tonight will be a late night.
Ok I have to finish my breakfast of rice, soy sauce and eggs before leaving for practice so I will finish later. Just so I remember, I am going to list the topics that will be included in the next post (within the next 36 hours): 1 hour run, nado machangachi yeyo, hard track workout, new plan for post-workout on Wednesdays, first Teacher's class, bike getting stuck in trainer, amazing 4 hour bike on Saturday, managing my bike through the subway (my head still hurts)...
